• To preserve the beauty and quality of your SORENA tote:
• Store it in the dust bag provided when not in use
• Do not machine wash
• Avoid overloading with heavy items
• Treat woven fabric edges with care — minor fraying may occur with use.
• This is completely normal and part of the charm of your traditionally crafted piece.
• If desired, you can gently trim any loose fibers with scissors

We ship all over Cyprus and Greece with ACS courier. 

Cyprus: 

Once you place your order, you will receive it within 1-2 working days. For orders over €50 the shipping fee is free. If your order is below €50, you will be charged +€3 for the shipping fee.

Greece:

Once you place your order, you will receive it within 3-5 working days. For orders over €150 the shipping fee is free. If your order is below €150, you will be charged +€8 for the shipping fee.
